Baggage Policy
Royal Air Maroc Express has different baggage policies for carry-on and checked baggage.
Carry-on Baggage
Passengers can be permitted to take one carry-on luggage for free weighing less than 10kg and maximum dimensions of 115cm. Laptops and tablets are allowed on the aircraft for free.
Checked Baggage
Royal Air Maroc Express economy class passengers are permitted 1 piece of hold baggage that must weigh 23kg or less. The Safer frequent flyer program members can take an additional one piece of baggage weighing 23 kg.
Cabin Classes
The airline mostly operates small flights and there is only one cabin class that is provided on the aircraft and that is the standard Economy class. The airline gives you amenities such as one free checked piece of baggage, snacks, drinks, and the option of choosing your seat.

Check-In
Royal Air Maroc Express has different check in policies for online check in and airport check in.
Online Check-in
Royal Air Maroc Express online check-in is available through the Royal Air Maroc Express online check-in page. Online check-in is available from 48 hours to two hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time on most, but not all of its flights.
Airport Check-in
For domestic flights, the airport check-in deadline is 60 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
For international flights, the airport check-in time opens two hours before the scheduled flight departure time. You can do the airport check-in by visiting the Royal Air Maroc Express check-in agents at the airport of departure. Check-in closes 1 hour prior to the departure time.
Frequent Flyer Programme
Royal Air Maroc operates a frequent flyer program called Safar Flyer program designed to reward passengers for flying with Royal Air Maroc flights and partners. Miles with Safar Flyer program can be converted into premium plane tickets, upgrades to business class, excess baggage, and change costs. Miles with Safar Flyer program can be collected/used with Iberia, Etihad, and Qatar airlines.
Safar Flyer Benefits
The International VIP Lounge at the Casablanca Mohammed V Casablanca-Nouaceur Airport (CMN) is permitted to passengers with a Business Class ticket or Safar Flyer Gold, Ambassador, or Silver Loyalty Card. Gold or Silver cardholders can also use the priority check-in desks.
Collect Safar Flyer Points
When you make a Royal Air Maroc booking through Alternative Airlines, you can collect air miles or frequent flyer points. Simply select Safar Flyer as your chosen frequent flyer program and quote your membership number when making your reservation - you can find out more here.

Royal Air Maroc Express is part of the Oneworld Alliance. The airline is owned by Royal Air Maroc, who is also a member of the Oneworld alliance.
Passengers who are part of the Royal Air Maroc Express Safar Flyer loyalty program can earn/redeem rewards on all Oneworld member airlines.
