    It's called the Aether. It's pretty much a new realm the opposite of the Nether.. You need to get to the nether before you access the Aether however. Check it OUT!

    Modders keep minecraft a live, I wouldn't play it if I didn't have any mods or different game modes. Like seriously how long can you build stuff and still be interested in the game. If there is nothing new that gets added, everyone looses interest. Short attention span and all that stuff.

    Updates that Notch/Jeb_ puts in minecraft are nothing like the mods that are available on minecraft forums.
